Sioux City Public Schools Foundation hosts several events annually to benefit public education in Sioux City. We invite you to attend our annual events and enhance education for students in the Sioux City Community School District. Or, if you can’t attend, consider making an impact as an event sponsor. Sponsorship opportunities are available for every Foundation event.
Each year, we proudly host two signature events to raise funds for the foundation’s four focus areas: STEM, student need, arts and culture, and career and technical education. The Golf Fore Education Classic, held each July, brings together golf enthusiasts, local supporters, and even sports legends for a day on the greens. In the spring, we host Are You Smarter Than Our Fourth Graders?, a lively, game-show-style event where local celebrities test their knowledge against Sioux City Community School District fourth-graders. This event also recognizes the District’s Teacher of the Year recipients, making it a meaningful and memorable celebration of education in our community.
